Avocado Egg Toasts {Easy Way To Make Soft Boiled Eggs}

Avocado Egg Toasts are so easy and scrumptious, in particular with gentle-boiled eggs on top.

  • four large eggs,
  • four slices toasted bread of your choice (I used multigrain)
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to flavor

  1. In a pot equipped with a steamer insert, warmth approximately one inch of water and convey to a boil over medium warmness. put eggs into the steamer basket, cowl with a lid, and cook for 6 minutes. put off and place eggs in a bowl of ice cold water. allow eggs cool barely earlier than peeling.
