Red Fruit Salad With Honeyed Yogurt

Strawberries, watermelon, raspberries and pomegranate seeds make for a juicy, sweet and delicious red fruit salad. A dollop of yogurt and drizzle of honey finishes it off. 


i really like how journey evokes so a lot of my recipes. but what i love even extra is having an abruptly scrumptious meal once I’m traipsing around Bali in my flip flops and beachy-apparel on my bike and wondering, “eh, I’m simply gonna cross grab a brief breakfast.” and then i am getting this!


Such is life while you live in Bali for two months. You’re now not a traveller…you’re most truely a nearby. I had an condominium after I lived in Ubud for a month and would scour farmer’s markets within the morning for clean, nearby produce to whip up in my kitchen. It turned into the best! although, truth be advised, I also had the pleasure of playing some pretty exceptional eating in Ubud.

ingredients
  • 1 cup watermelon, sliced into chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup yogurt, dairy, coconut or coconut whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • mint leaves for garnish, (elective)


instructions
  • location all the fruit in a medium-sized mixing bowl and blend together.
  • Divide the fruit frivolously among  plates and top with the yogurt.
  • Drizzle the honey on pinnacle and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. add a mint leaf for garnish and serve right now.
