Sausage, Pepper And Rice Skillet

Smoky kielbasa sizzled with sweet bell pepper, onions and garlic in colourful tomato sauce. This short and smooth sausage, pepper and rice skillet is downright delicious!

  • four cloves garlic, minced
  • half tsp. kosher sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 5 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 1/4 c. low-sodium chook broth, divided
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:


  1. In a small saucepan, prepare dinner rice in line with the bundle’s directions.
  2. place a large solid iron skillet over medium-high. once the skillet is warm, upload the oil. After the oil shimmers, add the sausage and cook until browned on each sides, approximately 5 mins. take away from the pan and set apart.

  5. Stir within the cooked rice, sausage, ultimate chook broth, pepper and onions till mixed. Garnish with chopped parsley, serve at once.
